The Partners for Petroleum and Energy Sector Prosperity Initiative (P-PESPI) has commended Shell Nigeria, for the quick-fix of its Bonga Floating Production Storage and Offloading (FPSO) vessel. Mr Charles Ibiang, the Chairman of P-PESPI made this known in a statement issued in Abuja on Wednesday. Ibiang said this would boost Nigerian production output that had declined significantly in recent times due to effects of crude oil theft, vandalism and shut-ins with 225,000 bpd.
