Lagos: International Breweries Plc has expanded its presence in Nigeria with the launch of Budweiser Royale, aimed at enhancing the country’s festive season celebrations. The Managing Director of International Breweries Plc, Carlos Couti±o, stated in Lagos on Wednesday via a communique that the product delivers a smooth yet bold, full-bodied profile at six per cent Alcohol By Volume (ABV).



According to News Agency of Nigeria, Couti±o noted that the launch signaled the start of exclusive Budweiser Royale experiences across the country, giving consumers a chance to enjoy the brand in premium and engaging settings that matched its identity. He affirmed that the beer was brewed with top-quality ingredients and the world-renowned Budweiser technique, providing consumers above the legal drinking age a rich drinking experience.



Couti±o emphasized that Budweiser Royale reflects the company’s goal to push the boundaries of what a premium beer can offer, catering to consumers who desire depth, flavour, and a product that aligns with their lifestyle. He highlighted that the beer brings together all these elements in a full-bodied brew with a refined smoothness that appeals to modern tastes, showcasing the company’s commitment to innovation and understanding evolving consumer preferences in Nigeria.



Marketing Director, International Breweries Plc, Bamise Oyegbami, reiterated the unique value of the variant, noting that Nigerian consumers recognize quality and that Budweiser Royale easily meets that standard. He stated that its six per cent ABV profile provides strength, while the smooth finish makes it enjoyable and suitable for individuals who appreciate richness without losing balance.
