Abuja:Mr. Anthony Osarobo, Executive Chairman of Ovia South West Local Government Council, has committed to providing school uniforms for 40 primary school pupils as the new academic session begins.
According to News Agency of Nigeria, Osarobo announced this initiative during the commencement of the new school session. He encouraged pupils in the council area to adopt discipline, hard work, and kindness as they progress in their education.
Osarobo emphasized the importance of education extending beyond academic achievement, highlighting the need for children to develop into responsible and compassionate individuals. He advised pupils to set goals, remain disciplined, and never give up on themselves. He also encouraged them to listen to their teachers, respect their parents, and tackle academic challenges with determination.
In addition to providing uniforms, Osarobo urged pupils to avoid bullying and discrimination, fostering a supportive environment where every child feels respected and valued. He praised teachers for their dedication and encouraged them to remain patient and committed.
