The Nigerian Minister of Arts, Culture, and the Creative Economy, Hannatu Musawa extends warm felicitations to Muslim faithful across Nigeria on the occasion of Eid el-Maulud, commemorating the birth of the Prophet Muhammad.
The Minister Musawa urges Muslims to reflect on the teachings of the Prophet, emphasizing love, compassion, and unity.
She said ‘As we celebrate the birth of the Prophet Muhammad, let us remember the importance of living in harmony with one another and promoting peace in our communities.’
The Minister also expresses deep sympathy to the people of Borno State affected by the recent floods as well as the tragic loss of lives following a boat accident and floods in Zamfara State.
‘Our thoughts and prayers are with those who have lost loved ones, homes, and livelihoods in Borno and Zamfara states. We call on Nigerians to support the relief efforts and demonstrate the true spirit of unity and solidarity.’ She added
