Abuja:Santuscom Foods Ltd., a subsidiary of Santuscom Group, has entered into a N5 billion partnership agreement with Dawn Fulfilment, a UK-based company, to enhance the export of Nigerian agricultural products to the UK and Europe.
According to News Agency of Nigeria, the agreement aims to expand the presence of Nigerian food products across the UK and the wider European market. Chief Ofana Paul, CEO of Santuscom Group, announced that Dawn Fulfilment will manage the storage, local fulfilment, and micro-distribution of Santuscom products in the UK.
The products included in this deal are Ogoja Garri, Ogoja Palm Oil, Ogoja Unripe Plantain Flour, Yam Poundo, and Santuscom Honey Beans. This partnership signifies a new phase in Santuscom’s strategy by integrating local agricultural production with international marketing and distribution.
Mrs. Gbemi Elisha, Founder of Dawn Fulfilment, stated that their company will support Santuscom by converting the growing demand for its products into easily accessible supply within the UK. They plan to cater to independent retailers, African supermarkets, restaurants, online customers, and small wholesale buyers.
Elisha highlighted that Santuscom’s ambition to establish a solid presence in the UK showcases its intent to create sustainable market traction and use the UK as a launchpad for broader international expansion. The partnership aims to make Nigerian food products more conveniently accessible to consumers and retail outlets, particularly among the African diaspora and others seeking authentic Nigerian foods.
