Abuja: Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Nyesom Wike, has identified reviving and completing capital projects that were abandoned under previous administrations for decades as the hallmark of his three-year tenure. He stated that the focus on reviving these projects, alongside completing critical infrastructure and initiating new developments, has transformed Abuja since he assumed office.

This publication aims to document projects inherited and completed, as well as new initiatives undertaken under his leadership.
Wike emphasized the commitment of his team to its mandate despite initial challenges, stating that residents could attest to the changes across the FCT. He expressed satisfaction with the administration’s focus on aggressive infrastructure delivery, urban renewal, and the completion of critical projects to alter the narrative about Abuja.
