Post: Zoho Corporation Launches New AI-Driven Features

Zoho Corporation, a global leader in technology, has launched new AI-driven features and an updated version of Zoho Analytics, ‘Zoho’s self-service BI and analytics platform’.

The latest version introduces over 100 enhancements, including advanced AI and ML capabilities that offer diagnostic insights, predictive analysis, and automated report generation.

The platform now includes a custom machine learning (ML) model-building studio, seamless OpenAI integration, 25+ new data connectors, and third-party BI extensions, making it more powerful and flexible than its competitors.

Research from Oracle reveals that 97% of business leaders rely on data for decision-making, while Gartner predicts that two-thirds of B2B sales organizations will be data-driven by 2026.

Kehinde Ogundare, Zoho Nigeria’s Country Head, explained that Zoho Analytics, originally launched in 2009 as Zoho Reports, has continuously evolved with significant investments in automation, no-code/low-code development, and machine learning. The lat
est version reflects these decades-long innovations, creating a platform that is accessible and beneficial to all users.

The platform has seen advancements in four key areas: Data Management, AI, Data Science and Machine Learning, and Extensibility. Key highlights include:

Data Management Hub: Zoho Analytics now supports Stream Analytics, enhanced ETL pipelines, and a unified metrics layer. Users can manage complex ETL pipelines and access consistent, accurate data across 500+ data connectors.

Generative AI in BI: The platform’s AI engine, Zia Insights, offers contextual diagnostic analytics, while its natural language query tool, Ask Zia, allows users to generate insights through IM channels like Microsoft Teams. The integration of OpenAI further enhances query accuracy and depth.

Data Science and Machine Learning Studio: The new DSML Studio lets users build custom ML models with AutoML, feature engineering, and hyperparameter tuning. Z
oho Analytics also offers Code Studio, an integrated Python environment for creating custom models.

Platform Extensibility: The platform now features a no-code data connector builder, an actions framework, and a BI fabric to consolidate insights from platforms like Power BI and Tableau. Users can also create custom workflows and connectors to expand functionality.

This release also includes visualisation improvements, enhanced dashboards, mobile app updates, Right-to-Left (RTL) support, and more.
