Nigerian International Joshua Akpudje has signed up for Slovakian giants ŠFK Prenaks Jablonec.
The central defender – who worked in Latvia and Lithuania for the last two years – signed a contract in Jablonec until June 30, 2024.
“It is the dream of every young player to fight for his future. I am grateful to God for the opportunity to be in Jablonec,” he said.
“Now is the time to start working on a better future,” says the twenty-four-year-old stopper.
Akpujde has been in Jablonec since the match against Sparta and trained together with the team.
He gave his impressions about his team mates.

“I am happy that I could see the match. It was a very good match, few expected such a result from the boys and the boys left everything there,” he said.
“It was difficult for them even with the red card. I saw it as such a commitment that the boys were aggressive and they are hungry.
“Every club needs this. When I saw it and I will give it my hundred percent, we can prove this more often in the season,” says Joshua
The Nigerian will wear jersey number 44.
