Post: Allied People’s Movement Advocates for Nigeria’s Transformation Through 2027 Elections

Abuja:The Allied People’s Movement (APM) has urged for a significant transformation in Nigeria through the upcoming 2027 general elections.

According to News Agency of Nigeria, Dr. Yusuf Dantalle, the party’s National Chairman, emphasized the importance of resetting Nigeria during a statement issued in Abuja. Dantalle praised the nation’s founding fathers for achieving independence from Britain on October 1, 1960, and highlighted the resilience and determination of Nigerian citizens in overcoming political, economic, and social challenges.

Dantalle pointed out that despite Nigeria’s abundant natural resources, citizens have faced immense hardship and insecurity due to poor leadership. He positioned the APM as an agent of change, aiming to redirect the nation towards progress, development, and advancement.

Criticizing previous governments, Dantalle attributed the nation’s security vulnerabilities and economic struggles to what he termed as political gambling. He called for an end to this era, advocating for a governance model that prioritizes national interests over partisan divides.

He urged citizens to mobilize behind the ‘Reset Nigeria’ movement and support the Makinde-Daura presidency along with all APM candidates in the 2027 elections. Dantalle stressed the necessity for transparent and credible elections that truly reflect the will of the people, encouraging voters to choose leaders who would elevate Nigeria’s potential for peace and prosperity.
