Bibiani: MP Alfred Obeng-Boateng Organizes Counseling Seminar for Over 5,000 Youth

Bibiani, November 21: Alfred Obeng-Boateng, Member of Parliament for Bibiani-Anhwiaso-Bekwai Constituency in the Western North Region, has organized a counseling seminar for more than 5,000 young people in his constituency. The seminar, themed ‘Becoming a Great Person in Future,’ targeted youth aged 17 to 25 from the Sefwi Bekwai, Anhwiaso, and Bibiani zones.

According to Ghana News Agency, the seminar aimed to guide and shape the youth into productive citizens and future leaders of the country. He encouraged the participants to adopt responsible attitudes and aspire to leadership roles. As the CEO of Approchers Series Ghana, Obeng Boateng advised the youth to set ambitious goals and work towards achieving them, regardless of their backgrounds. The MP expressed his hope that such sessions would produce professionals and enhance skills training, making the youth more competitive in the job market. He specifically encouraged those interested in mining to pursue relevant programs for employment opportunities in the sector.

Obeng-Boateng also highlighted various development projects he had initiated in the area, including road construction, e-learning centers, boreholes, classroom blocks, and financial assistance for students. He committed to continuing these efforts for the benefit of the youth in his constituency. Participants expressed gratitude to the MP for his dedication to youth welfare. The seminar was attended by several dignitaries, including Mr. Paul Andoh, Municipal Chief Executive for Bibiani-Anhwiaso-Bekwai, party executives, and religious and traditional authorities.
