Abuja: Mr. Hussaini Magaji, the Registrar-General of the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), has highlighted the commission’s monthly workout initiative as a strategic effort to boost staff health, morale, and overall productivity. This announcement was made during the commission’s routine fitness exercise, where Mr. Magaji actively participated in an early-morning workout session alongside staff members.
According to News Agency of Nigeria, the initiative was introduced to ensure that workers remain fit, energized, and better equipped to provide efficient services to Nigerians. Mr. Magaji expressed gratitude for the staff’s consistent participation, emphasizing the importance of maintaining physical health. He noted that regular exercise has notably enhanced the physical and mental well-being of the workforce, leading to visible improvements in their performance.
Mr. Magaji highlighted that challenges previously hampering output have diminished, resulting in a healthier, more active, and productive staff. Mrs. Nkechi Osakwe, representing the CAC Sports Committee, reiterated the workout’s purpose in supporting staff health and enhancing workplace efficiency. She affirmed that a healthy body is pivotal for fulfilling the commission’s mandate and that the registrar-general’s approval of the monthly workouts aims to strengthen the body, mind, and spirit for work-related tasks.
