Post: Don Lauds Tinubu’s Commitment to Stable, Prosperous Nigeria

Abuja: A university don, Prof. Adams Agahiu, has commended President Bola Tinubu for reaffirming his commitment to building a stable, peaceful, and prosperous nation. Agahiu, who is the Director of the National Education Summit, gave the commendation while speaking with newsmen in Abuja on Monday. He highlighted the President’s recent reiteration that ongoing political and economic reforms aim to replace structures that have long hindered Nigerians’ prosperity.

According to News Agency of Nigeria, the administration is realigning the economy to enable broader participation and improve opportunities for citizens. Agahiu emphasized that President Tinubu is focused on sustaining reforms aimed at creating more opportunities for poor and vulnerable citizens before and after his potential reelection for a second term in office in 2027.

He added that the Renewed Hope Agenda is designed to empower citizens to shape their future and contribute meaningfully to national development. The don urged opposition political parties to collaborate with the Federal Government in advancing rapid economic growth and grassroots development rather than engaging in negative criticism.

Agahiu noted that since assuming office in 2023, the administration has upheld democratic principles, including the rule of law, separation of powers, and protection of citizens’ rights. He also called on Nigerians to disregard perceived misinformation allegedly promoted by opposition elements against the government.
