Abuja: The Association of Energy Correspondents, Abuja, FCT (AECAF) has expressed its congratulations to Mr Abdulrazaq Isa and Mr Bala Wunti following their appointments as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the World Energy Council (WEC) Nigeria, respectively. This development marks a significant milestone for Nigeria’s energy sector.
According to News Agency of Nigeria, the congratulatory message was articulated in a statement signed by AECAF Chairman, Mr John Ofikhenua, and released on Thursday in Abuja. Ofikhenua emphasized the diverse expertise of the new appointees in various domains such as energy industry, regulation, finance, academia, and professional associations, which he believes will lay a robust foundation for WEC Nigeria’s operations.
