Post: Firm to Train Business Leaders on Scaling Finance Operations

Bloo cloud tek consult: Bloo Cloud Tek Consult, an Oracle NetSuite Solution Provider Partner, is set to train business leaders on strategies for strengthening financial operations as organisations expand.

According to News Agency of Nigeria, the executive breakfast, themed ‘Finance Built for Scale,’ is scheduled for Oct. 14, and will bring together Chief Financial Officers (CFOs), finance directors, Chief Executive Officers (CEOs), and other senior executives. The forum will focus on financial visibility, automation, reporting, and streamlined internal processes as tools for building finance systems capable of supporting business growth.

Chief Executive Officer of the firm, Israel Atoe, in a statement on Thursday, emphasized the need for stronger financial controls and timely business information as Nigerian businesses expanded. He noted, ‘Growth is good, but growth also creates complexity. As a business expands, the number of transactions increases, reporting becomes more demanding, and management needs a much clearer picture of what is happening across the organisation.’

Atoe further explained that the event would focus not only on technology adoption but also on building finance functions that could support businesses through different stages of growth. He remarked, ‘The conversation is not simply about adopting technology; it is about building a finance function capable of supporting the business today and still serving it effectively when the organisation becomes significantly larger.’

He highlighted that integrated digital platforms could assist businesses in reducing reliance on fragmented systems and manual processes while improving access to financial information for decision-making. ‘Finance should not be spending most of its time trying to reconcile information from different places. The goal should be to give business leaders reliable information when decisions have to be made, while automating repetitive processes that consume valuable time,’ he said.

Atoe mentioned that the breakfast would also provide an opportunity for senior executives to share experiences on operational challenges associated with business expansion. Participants would explore practical approaches to ensuring that financial infrastructure did not become a constraint to organisational growth.

Atoe concluded, ‘We want this to be a useful executive conversation. People should leave with a clearer understanding of what scalable finance looks like. We also want them to know what can be automated, where greater visibility can improve decision-making, and how technology can support long-term business success.’ He added that attendance at the event is by invitation, with interested executives required to register through the organisers’ registration platform.
