Kafanchan: The Minister of Defence, retired Gen. Christopher Musa, has reaffirmed the Federal Government’s commitment to protecting Nigeria and ensuring a safer environment for all citizens. Musa provided this assurance during his appearance at the Southern Kaduna Festival (SKFEST) 2026 in Kafanchan, where he was honored with the Southern Kaduna Grand Commander Award.
According to News Agency of Nigeria, Musa emphasized that security is the foundation for national development, highlighting the ongoing efforts of the Armed Forces and other security agencies to safeguard the nation despite prevailing challenges. He stressed the importance of unity, collective effort, and cooperation among citizens and security agencies to achieve lasting peace and development.
