Abuja: Former Chief of Staff to former Imo Governor, Ugwumba Uche Nwosu, has commended the immediate past Vice-Chancellor of the Federal University of Technology, Owerri (FUTO), Prof. Nnenna Oti, for her transformative leadership and contributions to the institution’s growth. Nwosu gave the commendation while hosting Oti in Abuja on Saturday, stating that her tenure repositioned the university for greater academic excellence and institutional development.
