Beirut: Sky Lounge Services on Thursday announced that development and operational works at Ren© Moawad Airport are progressing at an accelerated pace, reaffirming its commitment to the project timeline and international engineering and operational standards.
According to National news agency – Lebanon, the company has secured the necessary approvals from the relevant security authorities and the Interior Ministry for the terminal’s interior design, marking a key milestone in the project. Construction teams have also begun pouring the terminal’s concrete foundations after completing excavation and reinforcement work.
Sky Lounge Services reported that progress is currently ahead of schedule and pledged to continue providing regular public updates. The company is working to transform the airport into a modern aviation facility that will strengthen air connectivity, boost economic activity, create jobs, and support development in northern Lebanon and Akkar.
