Abuja: President Bola Tinubu has concluded his vacation ahead of schedule and will return to Abuja on Tuesday to resume official duties. This decision marks the end of a brief period spent abroad.
According to News Agency of Nigeria, this development was confirmed by Presidential Spokesperson, Mr. Bayo Onanuga, through a statement released on Monday in Abuja. Tinubu initially departed for France on September 4th to enjoy part of his annual holiday, with plans to divide his vacation time between France and the United Kingdom.
Mr. Onanuga had previously indicated that the vacation was planned to last 10 working days. During his time in Paris, President Tinubu engaged in a private luncheon with French President Emmanuel Macron at the ‚¬Å¡¬€¦¡¬€š¬¦¡¬°lys©e Palace.
The meeting between the two leaders focused on key areas of cooperation, with both presidents agreeing to enhance the ties between Nigeria and France. Their discussions emphasized the importance of working towards shared prosperity and global stability.
