Abuja: The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has announced the release of results for candidates who participated in the 2026 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) on April 17 and April 18.
According to News Agency of Nigeria, the announcement came through a statement from JAMB’s Public Communication Adviser, Dr. Fabian Benjamin. The statement revealed that 1,264,940 results from the two examination days have been made accessible to candidates.
Candidates can obtain their results by sending ‘UTMERESULT’ to 55019 or 66019, using the same phone number they registered with. Dr. Benjamin noted that prior to this, 632,752 results for the examination conducted on April 16 had been released.
This recent release increases the total number of available results to 1,897,692. Dr. Benjamin also emphasized JAMB’s ongoing dedication to maintaining a transparent, credible, and technology-driven examination process across the nation.
