Post: Lagos 2027: Laja Adeoye Campaign Organisation Bolsters APM with Bus Donation


Lagos: The Laja Adeoye Campaign Organisation (LACO) on Wednesday donated a Toyota Sienna mini-bus to the Lagos State Executive Council of the Allied Peoples Movement (APM).



According to News Agency of Nigeria, LACO, which is the campaign organisation for Prince Laja Adeoye, the APM Lagos governorship candidate for 2027, made this donation to enhance grassroots mobilisation and operational efficiency ahead of the upcoming general elections.



Chief Sikirulahi Alebiosu, the state coordinator of LACO, presented the vehicle at a ceremony in Lagos, emphasizing the organisation’s dedication to the party’s growth and development. Alebiosu stated that the support for the Allied Peoples Movement is steadfast and that the donation reflects a commitment to strengthening the party’s structures and effectiveness across the state.



Alebiosu highlighted that the vehicle would improve mobility and coordination among party leaders and members in various local government areas. He expressed confidence in the vehicle facilitating greater engagement with members and communities, supporting mobilisation efforts, and enhancing coordination of party activities statewide. Alebiosu further noted that LACO would continue to back initiatives that expand the party’s reach and political influence as preparations for future elections begin.



The ceremony saw the presence of other campaign officials, including Mr. Yusuf Olayiwola, the organisation’s Special Adviser on General Duties, alongside other key members. In response, the State APM Executive Committee, led by Chairperson Mrs. Sakirat Adeyemo, expressed gratitude to LACO for the timely intervention. Adeyemo indicated that the donation would significantly enhance the party’s operations and outreach programmes across Lagos State.



Mrs. Adeyemo assured LACO that the vehicle would be properly maintained and effectively used for party assignments, pledging that it would help advance the party’s objectives and strengthen its presence across the state. Additionally, Adeyemo committed to expanding the party’s membership base and political relevance in anticipation of future elections, underscoring a dedication to the party’s vision and a commitment to intensifying mobilisation efforts for greater political success in Lagos State.



Other members of the APM state executive council present at the ceremony included State Secretary Mr. Abiodun Abari, Organising Secretary Mr. Akeem Kolapo, and State Youth Leader Miss Zainab Adeyemo.
