Post: MFM Overseer to Nigerians: Intensify Prayers for Our Leaders, Nation

Abuja: Dr Daniel Olukoya, General Overseer of Mountain of Fire and Miracles Ministries (MFM), has called on Nigerians to intensify prayers for the nation and its leaders to navigate the current challenges. Olukoya made the call at a Fundraising Dinner for the MFM Miracle City.

According to News Agency of Nigeria, Olukoya emphasized the importance of righteousness as a virtue that exalts a nation, urging people to practice it. He encouraged prayers for individuals, the country, and its leaders. Olukoya described MFM as a ministry focused on prayer and spiritual intercession, highlighting that their approach to prayer is without fanfare, focusing on the act itself.

Olukoya shared the ministry’s vision to spread the ‘fire of prayer’ across Nigeria by establishing prayer centers in various locations. He introduced the MFM Miracle City in Gwagwalada Area Council in the Federal Capital Territory as part of the church’s objective to promote the spirit of prayer nationwide.

The overseer mentioned that this is not the only prayer city, as there are others in Warri, Enugu, and Pankshin, Plateau. He noted that the initiative aims to positively impact humanity by transforming lives and encouraging personal development.

Mrs Grace Omugbe, a member of the ministry and part of the Kingdom Builders group, also spoke at the event. She described the miracle city project as a significant step in expanding the ministry’s presence in northern Nigeria, with plans to commence the groundbreaking ceremony in the capital. Omugbe explained that the new Miracle City is designed to replicate the experience of the ministry’s Prayer City in Lagos, providing a large and accessible facility for those seeking spiritual support.
