Abuja: Vice President Kashim Shettima has congratulated President Bola Tinubu on the occasion of his 74th birthday. Shettima, in a statement on Sunday in Abuja, expressed admiration for President Tinubu’s leadership, describing his experience alongside the president as ‘a masterclass in decisive governance and principled leadership.’
According to News Agency of Nigeria, Shettima praised Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Agenda, which he said is steering the nation towards sustainable prosperity. Over the past year, Nigeria has experienced significant economic achievements under Tinubu’s leadership, including an accelerated Gross Domestic Product (GDP) growth that surpassed projections, a sustained decline in inflation trends, and a surge in foreign direct investment to unprecedented levels.
Shettima highlighted the president’s unwavering focus on infrastructure development, which he believes is instrumental in creating the commerce pathways essential for Nigeria’s long-term prosperity.
