Abuja: The First Lady, Sen. Oluremi Tinubu, has called on Nigerians to embrace peaceful coexistence and extend support to vulnerable and less privileged individuals in society as Muslims worldwide celebrate the 2026 Eid-el-Kabir. Tinubu’s message emphasized the significance of unity and collective efforts towards achieving a peaceful and prosperous society.
According to News Agency of Nigeria, in her Eid-el-Kabir message, Tinubu urged Muslims across Nigeria and in the diaspora to focus on strengthening the bonds of unity. She highlighted that the nation’s strength resides in unity, mutual respect, and a shared commitment to fostering love and understanding among citizens.
Tinubu pointed out that Eid-el-Kabir is an opportune time for reflection on values such as sacrifice, obedience, faith, and compassion. She urged Nigerians to use the celebration as a reminder of the importance of selflessness and total devotion to God’s will.
