Post: Saudi Arabia to Host 6th Hajj Conference and Exhibition in Jeddah


Jeddah:The 6th edition of the Hajj Conference and Exhibition will take place in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia from November 8 to November 11. Organized by the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah in collaboration with the Guest of the Merciful Programme, the event is a part of the Saudi Vision 2030 initiatives and will be held under the patronage of King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud.



According to News Agency of Nigeria, over 520 participants from government, private, and non-profit sectors, both locally and internationally, are expected to attend. The conference aims to reflect Saudi leadership’s commitment to serving pilgrims and is part of the efforts to enhance the Hajj services ecosystem.



The event will serve as a platform to improve service quality, align with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030, and prepare for the 1448 AH Hajj season. It will include discussions on operational arrangements, solutions, partnerships, and overall readiness, featuring three main tracks infrastructure and operational services, empowerment and integration, and sustainable development.



The conference will also host more than 15 main areas and programmes, including the Hajj Conference, the Hajj Council, and the Awareness and Training Forum. Additional activities will include workshops, an Entrepreneurship and Innovation Zone, a hackathon, and a Business Centre. A specialized exhibition will cover over 67,000 square meters, showcasing services from providers representing more than 150 countries.



The previous edition saw over 204,000 visitors and 270 exhibitors from more than 150 countries, with 134 specialized sessions and workshops. The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has invited relevant parties to register and participate in this year’s event to benefit from its diverse offerings.
