Abuja: President of the Senate Godswill Akpabio has paid tribute to former President Muhammadu Buhari, asserting that Buhari never embezzled public funds. Akpabio delivered his remarks during an expanded Federal Executive Council (FEC) session held in Buhari’s honor at the State House, Abuja.
