Post: Eti-Osa Constituency: APC Leaders Endorse Adams for Another Term


Lagos: Leaders of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Eti-Osa, Lagos State, have endorsed the State Assembly Majority Leader, Mr. Noheem Adams, for another term. Adams represents Eti-Osa Constituency I in the House of Assembly.

According to News Agency of Nigeria, the endorsement comes ahead of the APC primaries for the 2027 general elections. In three letters to the APC Secretariat and leadership, the party leaders expressed confidence in Adams’ ability to mobilise support for victory. One of the letters, made available in Lagos on Sunday, was signed by 26 leaders, including Mr. Murphy Adetoro and Alhaji Raheem Alli. It stated that Adams emerged as the unanimous choice of the constituency.

The letter, titled ‘Notification On Our Consensus Candidate In Eti-Osa Constituency I,’ emphasized the collective decision made by the combined body of the APC Central Working Committee (CWC) and Apex Leaders in Eti-Osa Constituency I. The leaders praised Adams for his proven leadership and ability to deliver visible
results across the constituency. They highlighted his commitment to constituent engagement, responsive governance, and community development, which have made a tangible impact on the constituency.

The leaders urged the party leadership to ratify their consensus and ensure a smooth path for Hon. Adams’ candidature. They emphasized the importance of a united front and ample planning time to prepare well for the elections of their president, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, and other elective positions.

In another letter addressed to Lagos APC Chairman, Mr. Cornelius Ojelabi, as well as Ward and Local Government Area (LGA) chairmen in Eti-Osa, the leaders also backed the resolution. They expressed confidence that with Mr. Noheem Adams as the standard bearer, APC shall secure a landslide victory across all elective positions in Eti-Osa Constituency I in 2027. This project, they noted, has been adopted as their own, and they pledged to deploy all structures, influence, and electoral machinery for its success.

Similarly, th
e Lekki Residents Association, in another letter, pledged to mobilize support for the lawmaker. The association’s President, Alhaji Sulyman Bello, signed the letter on behalf of members, further solidifying the backing for Mr. Noheem Adams’ candidacy.
