Abuja: The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has announced an extension for the deadline to purchase its expression of interest and nomination forms. Initially set to close on May 4, the new deadline is now May 7.
According to News Agency of Nigeria, this update was issued by the party’s National Publicity Secretary, Jungudo Mohammed, in a statement released on Sunday. Mohammed confirmed that the extension allows interested candidates an additional three days to acquire the necessary forms. However, he noted that the final date for the submission of completed forms remains unchanged at May 9.
The extension aims to provide potential aspirants with adequate time to complete the nomination process. Mohammed urged all interested parties to take note of the new deadline and ensure compliance with the updated schedule.
